ダークホースコミックス（Dark Horse Comics）は、アメリカン・コミックスの出版社で、その規模はマーベル・コミックとDCコミックスに次ぐ大きさである。
ダークホースコミックスは、オレゴン州ポートランドのメトロポリタン地区のいくつかのマンガ本専門店を経営していたマイケル・リチャードソンが、1986年にダークホースプレゼンツというアンソロジー本をきっかけに始めた会社である。出版社はオレゴン州ミルウォーキーに拠点を構えている。
概要
ダークホースコミックスは、スター・ウォーズやバフィー 〜恋する十字架〜、エイリアン、Who Wants to Be a Superhero?といった著作権のついた作品のコミカライズを幅広く行っている他、フランク・ミラーのシン・シティや300、マイク・ミニョーラのヘルボーイ、スタン坂井の兎用心棒、大友克洋のAKIRAや、マイケル・シェイボンのThe Escapistといったオリジナル作品（クリエイター・オウンド作品）も出版されている。
1993年から1996年の間、Comics Greatest Worldという刊記（のちにDark Horse Heroesという名前に変更）のもとで、スーパーヒーローのシリーズを出版したが、1996年より後になってこの刊記は休止され、2000年代初期にはゴーストをも含むキャラクター間のクロスオーバー作品の出版は取りやめとなった。現在のところ特殊能力を持ったキャラクターたちによる独自の世界というのはないが、マンガ作品の売れ行きは好調である。
なお、ダークホースコミックスの映画部門ダークホース・エンターテインメントは、マスクやヘルボーイといったダークホースコミックスの作品を基にした映画を作っている。
DH Press刊記は、エイリアンやプレデターといったダークホースコミックスの人気作品の小説化を担当している。
